Available Positions

Chief Financial Officer:  The CFO is a member of the Executive Team and is involved in making organizational and strategic decisions. The position directs the financial affairs of the Credit Union and establishes major economic and financial objectives and policies for the Credit Union.  This individual heads the Finance, Accounting, and Risk departments and oversees the activities and staff in each department. They ensure reports, accounts, systems, policies, and practices adhere to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). They establish, coordinate, and maintain an accounting system that properly reflects the financial position of the credit union. The CFO serves as an Investment Officer for the credit union. 

A Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required, in addition to 5+ years of experience in the finance or accounting field. Prior supervisory and leadership experience, as well as experience in a financial institution, is preferred. Graphic Design and Communications Coordinator:  This person is responsible for designing and producing credit union promotional materials for print, digital, display, and publication, according to Montana Credit Union brand standards. Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines. Must be a strong communicator and flexible in nature, with the ability to work on and prioritize multiple projects at the same time. Able to work effectively as a team member and will support and enhance the work of others. Must be professional in both appearance and work ethic. On occasion, may represent the credit union at various community events both during work hours and non-regularly scheduled work hours. A degree or comparable work experience in graphic design or related field is preferred. Applicants will be asked to submit a link to their online portfolio for consideration.
