Available Positions
Member Relations Guide: The Member Relations Guide is the first person you meet when coming to Montana Credit Union! The Guide is responsible for greeting and assisting members and/or vendors and acting as a liaison to ensure that their branch experience is positive, memorable, and that expectations are exceeded. The ideal candidate will be a career-minded individual with exceptional customer service skills, who will display a cooperative, positive and professional attitude at all times. We are looking for someone who is highly efficient and organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a busy environment. Two years customer service experience will be preferred.
Loan and Member Service Supervisor: We are seeking a leadership-minded individual to guide our loan and member services staff! The Loan and Member Service Supervisor is responsible for leading, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of loan officers, member service representatives, member service guides, and loan and member service support. The supervisor manages business development regarding consumer loan growth and cross-selling credit union products and services. They also manage a diverse loan portfolio and monitor credit performance to ensure loan and credit quality comply with MCU’s lending policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws, rules, and regulations. In addition, this role will build and strengthen relationships with members and co-workers, direct and evaluate staff performance, and ensures operations are conducted in accordance with established MCU policies, procedures, guidelines, and audit standards.
Support Center Representative: The Support Center Representative plays a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for our members over the phone. As a first point of contact, you’ll be instrumental in providing valuable account information over the phone. You’ll actively promote our credit union’s expanding range of products and services tailored to meet the unique needs of each member. Your enthusiasm for helping people will shine as you handle a variety of transactions, from servicing existing accounts to addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. In addition, you’ll build connections with the appropriate credit union departments and team members, ensuring every member receives the support they need as we continue to grow.
