Vice President of Lending & Member Services: we are seeking a Vice President of Lending and Member Services, to serve on our Executive Leadership Team. The ideal candidate is involved in making organizational and strategic decisions, and also responsible for directing and monitoring day-to-day member services, lending, secondary market real estate and collection operations, ensuring that established goals and objectives are met. They participate in establishing a budget of operations, including incentive plans, and ensures team functions within budget and goals are met. Maintains current knowledge on compliance issues and formulates or recommends changes in operating procedures and policies accordingly. Leads in the development of new products and services. Actively participates in the Asset/Liability Committee, ensuring the Credit Union maintains adequate levels of capital, liquidity and pricing spreads. Oversees and maintains loan analytics software. Responsible for the oversight of the indirect lending program. Personal Video Teller (PVT) - Looking for a rewarding and stable career? We are looking for a full-time Teller/Personal Video Teller (PVT) to join our team. PVTs are responsible for serving members via our Personal Teller Machines as well as on the teller line (both lobby and drive up). This is a full-time position that includes rotating shifts to include opening, closing, and Saturdays.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and will display a positive and professional attitude. We are looking for someone who takes personal initiative, is a team player, and will embrace the Credit Union’s Philosophy (see “Vision Statement” and “Statement of Values” on Montana Credit Union’s homepage). Our Personal Video Tellers are responsible for processing a variety of financial transactions, including: check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, credit card and loan payments, and balancing of a cash drawer. Attention to detail, including verbal and written instructions, strict confidentiality, compliance with Credit Union regulations, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems are required for this position.

Facilities Maintenance Specialist -Montana Federal Credit Union is seeking a part time Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring all offices and facilities are kept in good repair and functioning properly by performing periodic inspections and basic upkeep/repairs to buildings, facilities, and equipment. This is a part-time position working an average of 6 hours per day, with a minimum of 25-hours per week for benefit eligibility. Workdays are Monday thru Friday with the possibility of a few weekends and/or evenings throughout the year. Hours vary depending on weather and workload but will usually be 8:00am - 2:30pm daily with a 30-min lunch. Responsibilities include lawncare, snow removal, loading/unloading and delivery of supplies and equipment between offices, maintenance and repair of buildings internally and externally, oversight of mechanical aspects at each office, and other duties as assigned. A valid Montana driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Must have knowledge of general building maintenance and repair skills, and the ability to operate lawn and snow equipment/machinery in a safe and effective manner. The right candidate will be able to work in all weather conditions. Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize workload, are a necessity.
