Vice President of Lending & Member Services: we are seeking a Vice President of Lending and Member Services, to serve on our Executive Leadership Team. The ideal candidate is involved in making organizational and strategic decisions, and also responsible for directing and monitoring day-to-day member services, lending, secondary market real estate and collection operations, ensuring that established goals and objectives are met. They participate in establishing a budget of operations, including incentive plans, and ensures team functions within budget and goals are met. Maintains current knowledge on compliance issues and formulates or recommends changes in operating procedures and policies accordingly. Leads in the development of new products and services. Actively participates in the Asset/Liability Committee, ensuring the Credit Union maintains adequate levels of capital, liquidity and pricing spreads. Oversees and maintains loan analytics software. Responsible for the oversight of the indirect lending program. Supervises appropriate recruiting, training, supervision, developing, coaching and all other supervisory activities for designated staff. Loan Officer:  We are looking to add a full-time Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional member service and will display a positive and professional attitude. We are looking for someone who takes personal initiative, is a team player and who will embrace the Credit Union’s philosophy. Loan Officers are responsible for assisting members with their loan needs and helping them achieve their financial goals. They interview and evaluate applicants for routine loans and process loan applications. They gather background information, analyze loan applicants’ credit history, and approve or deny loan applications based on analysis. 2-3 years prior lending experience is preferred.


Payroll & Human Resource Administrative Specialist - we are growing and adding a position to our administrative team! The Payroll & HR Administrative Specialist is responsible for processing all data and forms pertinent to payroll, including supporting documentation, tax payments, audit trails and permanent employee records. They ensure accuracy of information and compliance with State and Federal regulations pertaining to payroll. They prepare all necessary supporting documents and reports, and maintain complete confidentiality throughout the payroll process. Additionally, they will provide administrative support for the human resources department that includes a range of administrative duties to be handled with confidentiality and discretion where required. They will interface with staff, leadership, board members, vendors, and visitors to the credit union. They will prepare reports, correspondence, manuals, spreadsheets, and all other communications utilizing a broad range of computer applications. Strict confidentiality with employee information is required at all times. 3+ years' payroll and/or accounting experience is preferred, as well as experience in a financial institution is preferred. 


Personal Video Teller (PVT) - Looking for a rewarding and stable career? We are looking for a full-time Teller/Personal Video Teller (PVT) to join our team. PVTs are responsible for serving members via our Personal Teller Machines as well as on the teller line (both lobby and drive up). This is a full-time position that includes rotating shifts to include opening, closing, and Saturdays.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and will display a positive and professional attitude. We are looking for someone who takes personal initiative, is a team player, and will embrace the Credit Union’s Philosophy (see “Vision Statement” and “Statement of Values” on Montana Credit Union’s homepage). Our Personal Video Tellers are responsible for processing a variety of financial transactions, including: check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, credit card and loan payments, and balancing of a cash drawer. Attention to detail, including verbal and written instructions, strict confidentiality, compliance with Credit Union regulations, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems are required for this position.
