The Network Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of Montana Credit Union’s technology infrastructure. This position is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and improvement of the credit union’s local and wide area networks, servers, PCs, and peripheral devices. The Network Administrator provides direct technical support to staff, ensures strong cybersecurity practices, and recommends new technologies that enhance operations and member services.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to provide professional, service-focused support across the organization.

The Loan & Member Services Supervisor is a key leadership role within Montana Credit Union, responsible for overseeing front-line lending, indirect lending, and member service operations. This position provides direct oversight of loan officers, member service representatives, and support staff, ensuring exceptional member experiences, quality loan growth, and efficient day-to-day operations.

The Supervisor ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while fostering a high-performance, member-focused team. Working closely with other supervisors and senior leadership, this role contributes to Montana Credit Union’s mission, supports member financial well-being, and drives operational excellence.

Loan Officers are a trusted financial advocate at Montana Credit Union, responsible for guiding members through lending solutions that empower their financial futures. This role involves interviewing applicants, analyzing creditworthiness, approving or denying loans within authority, and ensuring members fully understand their financial options. The Loan Officer also assists with account services and supports other transactional needs to deliver a seamless and personalized member experience.

The Member Service Representative (MSR) plays a vital role as a first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring each interaction reflects professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help. This position is responsible for opening and maintaining memberships and accounts, processing a variety of member requests, and providing accurate information about Montana Credit Union’s products and services. MSRs assist members in person, over the phone, and through digital channels, helping them achieve their financial goals with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Looking for a rewarding and stable career? We are looking for a full-time Teller/Personal Video Teller (PVT) to join our team.

Tellers are often the first point of contact for our members, whether in the lobby, drive-thru, or through Personal Teller Machines (PTMs)—creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience. You’ll play a vital role in supporting daily member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries, while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and security.
