Outward to Inward

As we have grown in size and scale, we have added features and accessibility functions so that we can best serve our growing and expanding membership in the communities we serve. We have spent a lot of time and resources building our infrastructure so that we can deliver service from Dillon to Glasgow, and everywhere in between.

In the midst of this, we realized that we need to also look inward and focus on the development of our internal team – the superstars that serve our members on a regular basis.

2025 started with a focus on staff development and culture. We hear time and again from our members that we have some of the best of the best here to serve them, and we want to make sure we do all that we can to give our employees meaningful employment, a clear career path forward, and the tools to succeed in their day to day tasks.
