Montana CU Promotes Diann Owen to Senior Vice President of Member Experience

Montana Credit Union President/CEO John Hageman announced that Diann Owen has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Member Experience. In this expanded role, she will oversee the delivery and consistency of our member experience across Operations, Lending, and Member Services. This change will bring greater alignment across these internal teams, and will allow staff to strengthen the support provided to credit union members.

Owen has been with Montana Credit Union since 2023 as the Vice President of Lending and Member Services. Under her leadership, Montana Credit Union has grown the lending department with the addition of two staff supervisors and strengthened the indirect auto loan program to serve members in nearby communities.

A native of Oregon, Owen has an extensive background in financial services and brings a wealth of lending experience to Montana Credit Union, having previously served in an executive leadership capacity at credit unions in both Arizona and Oregon.
